Richard & Darlene Marcello, Lead Pastors
Darlene and Richard have a passion for relationships. Their desire is to bring people into vibrant relationships with the Father as well as with each other. Their heart is to passionately pursue God, bring people into wholeness and reach people with the Gospel. Richard & Darlene ministered for 17 years in Mexico and returned to the states in 2003. After ministering in North Carolina for 3 years they moved to Tallahassee to be pastors of Lifepoint Church.
In Mexico, Richard established ten strong churches in the central and eastern part of the nation. The main church in the capital city of Xalapa, Veracruz, has a weekly attendance of more than 2,000 people. God has used him to raise up leaders in Mexico who are now ministering in many nations of the world including Mexico, Argentina, Spain, Russia, Germany and the United States of America. He has been involved teaching in Bible Institutes since 1982 equipping leaders for full-time ministry. He also travels internationally, assists the churches in Mexico and works with Christian leaders throughout the world.
Richard functions with a strong prophetic gifting. God has used him to minister in the gifts of the Holy Spirit, as well as release the supernatural in the body of Christ. Darlene heart’s desire is to see women’s lives changed, set free, and be all that God has planned for them to be. She enjoys encouraging people to walk in victory, acceptance, and fulfillment. She also has a passion to see marriages healed and restored.

Omer and Nannette have been married for over 31 years and have been walking together with the Lord since meeting each other as teens. They have two children, a daughter, Rachael, and son, Christopher. Jason & Jennifer Fauble, Leadership
Hello, we are Jason and Jennifer Fauble and we are honored to serve Lifepoint in a leadership role. We met and fell in love in high school, came to Tallahassee to attend Florida State, and married a few years later. We have five wonderful children who keep life interesting (read as ‘loud’) and constantly remind us that the gospel need not be complicated to be effective.
In our 16 years of marriage, God has been faithful to us as we experienced the highs and lows of life – college, pregnancy, childbirth, home renovations, a child’s surgery, job loss, breast cancer, and foreign adoption. But we also know that the day-to-day drama of getting to soccer practice on time, helping with math homework, and running out of milk can sometimes test our faith even more.
Jason’s days are spent designing complicated software solutions in a bleak cubicle, while mentally replaying scenes from Office Space. Jennifer manages the logistics of the family household, volunteers (read as ‘works for free’) at the kids’ school, and battles daily with her arch nemesis…The Laundry.
God has made us a team, of one mind – not just to dominate at Pictionary (which is cool) – but to serve and encourage other seekers into an authentic relationship with God by using the gifts of discernment and compassion, along with integrity and transparency to help make God less hypothetical and more reachable.
